Refunds Policy

Returns

For purchases made from the EduDus online store, we offer free returns and a full refund on any item(s) returned within 30 days of the date of purchase within the INDIA. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Items returned after this timeframe will not be accepted or credited.

In your email to edudus@alextechnolabs.in, please include the invoice number from your purchase confirmation email along with a description of the reason for your return. Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise number along with return instructions. Items must be returned in like new condition with all the original components and packaging. Credits are issued once the items have been received and verified.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Purchases from Third-party vendors

Smartpens purchased from a Third-party vendor cannot be returned to EduDus for a refund or exchange. Please review the third-party sales agreement for that vendor's return or exchange policy and contact them directly.

Resend

if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item ).We are willing to resend the correct product for you.
If the item is defective or due to transportation issues (such as damaged items/).We can reissue new product for you under the premise that you bear part of the shipping cost.

Cancellation

We also offer order adjustment service if your order is not yet shipped out. If you want to make any changes to your order, welcome to email us at edudus@alextechnolabs.in as long as it has not been shipped.
